Who’s Who Legal has released its 2012 list of the most highly regarded firms in Public Procurement around the world. Procurement Law Office general counsel and managing director Paul Emanuelli was one of only three Canadian lawyers to be included in this prestigious list.
Who’s Who Legal selects its nominees based on independent surveys of general counsel and private practice lawyers worldwide. Its research resulted in the following conclusions regarding Paul and our firm:
