Buy Ontario Act, 2025 (BOA) Directives Working Group
The provincial government just issued the new BOA Directives (Buy Ontario Act Directive and Municipal Buy Ontario Act Directive) and announced that Ontario public sector institutions need to implement these new rules effective April 13, 2026.
We have formed a BOA Working Group to help coordinate activities in working towards compliance with these new rules.
Participation is free. The group will primarily be serving as an information sharing conduit for anyone interested in participating, with limited time commitment given everyone’s busy schedules.
